Service Model 1: “Full-Time Equivalent” Medical Billers & Coders
- Hourly Rate Option: $12-$15 per biller/coder

We provide revenue cycle reports weekly and monthly, and we can tailor them to your KPIs—collections, aging buckets, denial trends, payer performance, and more.
- Will you help ensure payers honor their contracted rates?
Yes. We help enforce your contracted payor rates and compare payor reimbursements to your contracted fee schedules. We challenge underpayments to ensure you’re paid what you’re owed.
- How do you stay up to date on billing regulations and coding changes?
Our coders and compliance team stay current with CMS updates, payer bulletins, and coding guidelines through ongoing training and certifications throughout the entire year so you don’t have to.
- How do you manage accounts receivable collections to maximize recovery?
Revenex uses assertive, multi-channel AR follow-up strategies, aging prioritization, and payer-specific tactics to drive fast, full recoveries—even on legacy AR. We break the AR into 30 day (0-30 days, 30-60 days). We strategically pursue simultaneous collections across the earliest and latest buckets at the same time then work backwards to the day zero baseline.
- Do you offer credentialing support and help with payer contracts and compliance?
Yes. We specialize in full-service credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment support to ensure your providers are active, compliant, and reimbursable. We even help renegotiate more favorable contracted rates for our clients based on patient volumes, claims volumes, industry benchmarks, your tenure with the payor, and geographic indexes.
- How do you structure your fees—by claims volume, collections, or flat rate? Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
We have two pricing models: an FTE model with a flat hourly rate option or monthly rate option; and our Full RCM model which is a percentage of net collections. We have no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and there are no long-term contracts—just performance-driven billing with real results.
- Will I have a dedicated account manager or main point of contact?
Yes. Every client is assigned a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who provides consistent oversight, communication, and ensures service deliverables are met.
- What are your hours of operation, and do you provide backup coverage?
Revenex operates 24/7, with 24/7 live support! Our staff is available around the clock to ensure uninterrupted service and issue resolution.
- How soon can you start, and what are the next steps?
1-Day Onboarding. We can begin onboarding immediately. Once we execute a Service Agreement and BAA, we can do a Kick-Off Call as early as the next day. In some cases, if clients request, we will perform a courtesy revenue cycle report to show all aspects of claims volumes.
