Bottleless Nation has been in business for over a decade. Our roots go back to 2014, when the first piece of what would become our organization was founded. Q: Can you explain your water filtration process?

A: Our systems connect directly to your existing water line with ease and use a powerful multi-stage purification process, delivering only clean, great-tasting water and ice. The sediment filter reduces particles such a dirt, silt, rust, and pipe residue. The pre-carbon filter reduces chlorine, pesticides, and other chemicals. The Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane reduces various solid, arsenic, pharmaceuticals, micro and nano plastics, and metals. The post-carbon filter then polishes the water for an even cleaner taste while the mineral boost filter restores and add minerals and electrolytes into the water to support pH balance and increased alkalinity.

Q: How close to a water source does our unit need to be?

A: We’re able to run lines almost anywhere thanks to thousands of feet of tubing.

Q: How often does the system need to be serviced?

A: Most coolers only need preventative maintenance once a year. Our commercial ice systems are serviced twice a year. Outside of those times, if a service light ever comes on, we’ll work with you to schedule a time for one of our technicians to come fix the problem right away.

Q: Can you install a bottleless water or ice system if we do not own the building?

A: Absolutely! A majority of our clients are in rented spaces.

Q: We currently use a bagged ice service, why should we switch?

A: There are many reasons. For one, our ice machines produce better quality ice, ready whenever you need it. You will no longer have to deal with the hassle of delayed deliveries thanks to the convenience of producing clean ice right on-site. We also have a variety ice type options. In addition, using one of our ice machines is the environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution!
