Medical billing/claim submission that encompasses the entire revenue cycle from claim generation to patient billing. We also offer credentialing services which fall under our consulting services.

Personal and professional services with rapid response times to our providers (usually under an hour, sometimes within mere minutes of a query). Also, we focus on rejection and denial management, an area most practices lose the most amount of money.

We charge a percentage of total monthly revenue that a practice receives each month. That percentage varies depending on level of revenue.

Do you do billing for “x” type of practice?

This is probably the question we get the most, and what is interesting is that while the actual CPT codes are different for a practice type (surgery v. family practice v. physical therapy for example) the actual “process” of billing is identical from one practice to another.  We serve a variety of practice types and we are very successful for our medical providers no matter what their specialty is.

Do you use “x” billing software?

This is in the running for 1^st place with the previous question. We have used some of the very best and the very worst software in the market.  Each billing software provider has to perform the same tasks.  The roadmaps they use and the interfaces they provide may differ, but at the end of the day they must all be able to submit claims to a clearinghouse and be able to record payments in.  We have been successful with every software we have come across.
